From where cluster looks for that how many voting files are required to start the cluster

Hi Experts,

From where cluster looks for that how many voting files are required to start the cluster?

Suppose I configure my 11.2 GI cluster to keep OCR/VOTE on +DATA diskgroup (3 disks , normal redundancy).

Upon restart due to I/O issue , if suppose my 2 asm disks are not available , then we see below in cssd log:

2014-05-29 01:51:23.055: [ CSSD][2946955008]clssnmvVerifyCommittedConfigVFs: Insufficient voting files found, found 1 of 3 configured, needed 2 voting files

2014-05-29 01:51:23.055: [ CSSD][2946955008](:CSSNM00020:)clssnmvVerifyCommittedConfigVFs: voting file 0, id 279c162c-1b964f88-bfb1d622-aecc9e4e not found
