Guest VM Windows 2003: PVM drivers issue

  I am having an issue with are the SCSI drivers and the Ethernet PV drivers on windows 2003  PHVM guest  (p2v converted) on OVM 3.3.1, the vm has 7 disks,  the network adapter shows this information:

The Windows Device Manager displays an error code 10 and an exclamation point to show the network driver cannot be started
