EAM to SR Integration
Hi,
I am working on updating the work order details in the service request and the below mentioned setup is done.
1. SR Type created with asset maintenance and web entry checked.
2. Org setup for maintenance organization and profile options setups related.
3.Enabled service request at the item level for the asset group item.
4.made EAM Related fields visible in SR Form.
Still the work orders tab is all frozen and I can't enter anything there. Also I trying updating service request for a work order via EAM Resp--work orders however I don't see the service request number that I have created in the Service request LOV which makes it impossible to map Work order to an SR.
