What is recommended, if we want to club different services ?

Hi,

We have a requirement to do a POC.

Our client has multiple of services being offered to customer.

When they create offers, its too complicated to structure for each service as bundle and also provision from CRM to BRM with more then 10 services its getting complicated.


There is an idea where, clubbing of similar services like on GSM service as GSM Telephony (it includes of  Voice/SMS/MMS services).


Now, I wanted to know, is there a recommended approach for such case ?

if yes, how it works, is there any documents related to this?


Or, what is the best way to simplify these similar services from CRM to BRM ?
