EBS Instance oracle 11.2.0.3 running on Linux server to Exadata X4-2 Machine oracle Linux server

Hi team,

We are planning to migrate the EBS Instance oracle 11.2.0.3 running on Linux server to Exadata X4-2 Machine oracle Linux server (which default came with 11.2.04). I would like to know will ASM running on 11.2.0.4 supports this 11.2.0.3 database ? And also which is best feasible way of doing this migrations is it Transport tablespace or RMAN  ?
