How to communicate customer developments which not in oracle standared.

Hi,

This is a generic query - As many times based on business scenario, customer develop reports or interface, which not available in standared Oracle.

These may be because of bug, or might be not yet demanded by customer.

If we prepair a white paper/document which contains, business requirement as well as custom development as solution,  Is there any way to communicate this to Oracle ?

So that oracle can validate and may be include in their feacture releases ?? or might be consider such development as base requirement for further releases.

In short coponents developed by Customer for functionality required by busines but not present in Oracle.
