Not enough area for rendering error.

We have a customer requirement to display a set of fixed texts running into 2 pages (terms and conditions). Whenever we are trying to display it, we are running into error '@Not enough area for rendering'. We had raised a SR, but do not have any definitely resolution yet. We have installed all the recommended patched for this error, but still the issue remains. By decreasing the font size we are able to display the texts, but the font size is way too small (font size 6) and is not acceptable to the client.Is there any alternative to achieve it?
