How do you resolve the error on R007021 (Transactions to Batch Headers integrity report) that says "

How do you resolve the error on R007021 (Transactions to Batch Headers integrity report) that says "Batch Header (F0011) Posted / Header (F03B13) Unposted?" I have discovered that there is no F03B14 records for the batches identified. I suspect that is part of the problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
