RDBPROD: Error from SQL Server Linked Server

  I've started an SR but don't know how long a response for this will take since it's not a Sev1 w.r.t. Rdb itself - so I'd hope for some assistance here.

I errors regarding file create/index file full  when attempting the same query from ODBC and Excel (see attached file). Will restarting SQL Services correct this issue? How can I determine the core issue?

direct ODBC and SQL Server linked server responds to large query with errors

Sev1 for this issue with Production delivery to reporting system.

Will restart of SQL Services fix this issue?
