Database 11gr1(11.1.0.7) found same corrupt data in system datafile

Dear Legends,

We have a EBS R12 fresh Dev instance in one of our Virtual box VM. As our Implementation is yet to be started I'm planning to take a backup of the Database. So at first I'm trying to do a cold backup of full database but even while taking cold backup itself I'm facing the following issue.

connected with RMAN I'm using any one of the following backup commands

BACKUP DATABASE;

BACKUP AS COMPRESSED BACKUPSET DATABASE;

Exactly by 61% (61.1697508) I'm facing the error in system09.dbf file
