Guided Resolution for Performance Issues!

When logging a performance sr, there is now a guided resolution process to assist in potentially faster solution.

First, click on the create SR button:

Next, select the Database Performance option under 'Choose Problem Type':

Narrow it further by choosing one of the following options:

Now, you will see the Guided Resolution notice:

Click next and start answering questions most pertinent to your issue.

Guided resolution may resolve your issue faster without opening an sr.

Try it!  And as always give us your feedback or ask questions.
