setFieldValue for DTYPE_UTCDATETIME field type

Hello, I am having a terrible time trying to do a simple setFieldValue on a BC field for something that should be easy. And it probable is, just not getting it right.  I have a BC field that is of DTYPE_UTCDATETIME type.  I have a string value that I am trying to complete a setFieldValue in eScript.  Can someone please give me an example. I've tried many.  Thank you.
