Web ADI use for Grant Funded Projects

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question

Does anyone use WEB ADI spreadsheet to upload Costed Transactions for expenditures charging to Grant-funded Projects?  We are unable to add Award # when Defining Layout.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
