Process Management not working via HFM Task Flow

Hi,

I have admin access for my current HFM application.  I am able to manually start and promote entities using 'Manage Process' option.  However when i try to automate the same using Task Flow it doesn't work.  All the options are set as per admin guide and look right to me. Please let me know if i am missing something. The screen shot for options is attached.
