OHS 12c Installation : Clarification

I want to install OHS 12c in collocated mode. My setup looks like :

server1 -> OHS Admin Server (Fusion Middleware + OHS)

server2 -> OHS1 Managed Server

server3 -> OHS2 Managed Server

I will install Fusion Middleware + OHS software on the OHS Admin server (server1) and then install OHS software on the two separate servers (server2 and server3).

My question is,

1. What software should I install on the "non-Admin" servers ? Do I need to install Fusion on server2 and server3 or will OHS suffice ?

2. After creating the domain on the admin server, I believe I will need to do a pack and unpack on the managed servers. If I only install OHS on the managed servers, will I be able to unpack the domain ?
