Shipping Address in Shipping Transaction form

HI Gurus

when order is book for say 1000 Qty  we book the SO  based on primary BIll  to and Primary Ship to address and item is made as per SO and moved to FGI , but before shipping we get  New Shipping Address , we create the shipping address in customer master!

let say we get 20 Addresses , then we have to manually split the line an add ship to address in sales order line , which is too time consuming and chances of error are there

is there is any possibility to select the Shipping address in Shipping transaction form , rather then selecting in Sales order line
