Oracle Services Procurement - Complex PO with Advance payment and Milestones

Hi,

How to include following scenario in Complex Service PO;(with Advance payment and milestones)

PO with amount of say USD 1000.

1. 20 % Advance payment. = 200

2. 20 % payment on Installation = 200

3. 20% payment after submitting PAC = 200

4. 40 % after submitting FAC. = 400

Point 1 will be captured at advance field at PO line level and points 2 to 4 can be captured as milestones in pay items but sum of points 2 to 4 is 800 and system will not allow to submit the PO for approval. Anybody worked on such case? Any process document available?
