For Global Blanket Purchase agreement ,Not able to release in other Operating unit

We have created Global Blanket Purchase agreement ( Enter all required Info-) & In Enable Oraganization enter Requesting Org and Purchasing Org details . But when we try to release this GBPA in another OU... Agreement No- (GPA PO Number) is not coming in LOV.

If its Normal BPA, then that PO number is coming in LOV.
