Array error while trying to print the 1099s

I am trying to print the 1099 of a Laser printer.

From the Menu 'G04222' I am taking option 5.

Load the required data in the screen, and when P04515 runs, I get this error:

Procedure Name          P04515

Program Status            00121

An array Index is out of Range (C G D F)

Previous status               00000

Statement in Error                00003770

Message Data               Range of Subscript Value or character string error
