Form JTFTKMAN.fmx did not generate successfully when applying RPC2 (19030202)

Before applying RPC2 (patch 19030202):

JTFTKMAN.fmb 120.26.12010000.17

After applying RPC2:

JTFTKMAN.fmb 120.26.12010000.36

Also package JTF_TASK_UTL has newer version of spec delivered, but not body, which causes package JTF_TASK_UTL invalid.

Patch log files show:

Time is: Wed Dec 31 2014 12:47:58

Completed: file JTFTKMAN.fmx on worker  7 for product jtf username JTF.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

jtf forms/US JTFTKMAN.fmx
