RTF template - pivot table sorting column headers

Happy New Year folks.  I am submitting this under bi publisher mosc that is under oracle ebs mosc. Cannot find a bi publisher mosc under obiee mosc.

I have a pivot table in an rtf, see attached file pivot_table.jpg.  Plan name as columns, full name as rows and next month balance as the values.

It displays the column header "plan name" in alphabetical order.  see file leavebal_report.pdf. The plan name column header values are annual leave, cto, expense hours etc.

I want the plan names: annual leave, vacation and sick leave to be the first three columns followed by the rest of them.  How do I do that ?
