Why isn't Oracle payroll quickpay in PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL to import for the PRC: Transaction

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are doing a quickpay to test some new voluntary deductions for new benefits, but there isn't a batch in the PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL table to import to Projects to test the costing. Any ideas on where to look for the cause of this?
