Dependent segments in an SIT

I have been asked whether the below scenario is possible:

The first segent in an SIt has an independent list of values, for example A, B, C

If the user selects A, then display a few segments, say A1, A2, A3 (A1 has free text)

If the user selects B, then display B4 and B5

If the user selects C, then display C6 (free text, no value set attrached to this segment)

Please could you respond as urgency.
