Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Question About the October 2014 critical patch (18128233)

Hello Support,

According to document id 1923805.1 patch 18128233 has to be applied on Oracle Fusion Middleware 10.1.3 Home.

But, from the read me of that patch we found that this patch is an database opatch.

So, we need to know that if we need to apply the patch in application server 10.1.3 oracle home or in the DB server.
