Employer Liability Percentages

We created new elements for the long term disability portion of a state retirement plan. The standard rate for is .125% for both the EE and ER sides. The EE one is calculating correctly, while the ER one is rounding to .13% in the entries screen, and therefore does not match the EE. Is there a place to change percentage decimal places allowed for Employer Liabilities?
