Siebel RC2 Encryption - Decrypt existing Encrypted Data in batch (EIM?)

We have implemented RC2 encryption using encryptupg utility and BC user property.  We have a requirement to export out the data in 'unecrypted' form  so we can pass on to a third party who will 'tokenize' the data. I have reviewed the bookshelf and support, and I don't see any information on what the proper process is to 'Decrypt' Siebel data, my assumption is if I EIM the data out, it will still be decrypted.

Anyone have information on this?
