Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi MOSC,

I don't understand why can't I withhold tax on prepayments in Oracle Payables?

What are the impacts?

What should I do if I have a requirement to have prepayment that withhold the tax? Because I have to pay the prepayment amount - withholding tax.

Please help.
