How to set current budget journal to new Accounts?

Dear All,

We defined 2015 periods and budget. No transactions have been made yet.

After that and for business purposes we had to create new Chart of Account and set the old accounts effective end date to 31/12/2014.

No we need to know what should we do regarding the 2015 budget?
