Retropay by element.....Multiple entries issue.

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

I have create retropay elelement with name "Basic Pay Arrears" and attached it in the retropay component region of elment "Basic Pay".

I created element set and assignment set and done all setup of event group and table event group.

I changed the salary and when i run retropay process it creates multiple entries of element "Basic Pay" rather then creating multiple entries of element of "Basic Pay Arrears". 

While I was expecting it will create entries of "Basic Pay Arrears" so i can display it on SOE and Payslip in UAE legislation. Any idea where I am mistaken.
