For Global Blanket Purchase agreement ,Not able to release in other Operating unit.

We have created Global Blanket Purchase agreement (Enter all required Information) & In "Enable Organization" enter requesting Org and Purchasing Org details , but when we try to release this GPA in another OU , GPA PO number is not coming in LOV
