Unable to schedule demantra workflow

Hi,

We have workflow defined as user dm. we have given access to user named xyz. User xyz can run the workflow by clicking on the start button. Also schdule button is enabled, but when user tries to schedule, the add buttion to add schdule is disable. We are having 7.3.1. version of demantra. which option controls scheduling workflow by different users other than owner of the workflow.

Please let me know.
