Relocating Undo

Is it possible to relocate an Undo Tablespace without losing its [guaranteed] contents?

I've found plenty of articles that show how to create a new (and empty) Undo Tablespace, but is it possible to "just" move an existing one to another, larger, file system without losing the rollback segments it contains?
