Problem starting RPAS config tools in 14.1

Hi All,

Getting the below error while opening RPAS 14.1 configuration tools (latest release).

There was a problem starting the RPAS Tools:

There was an error initializing the RPAS Rule validation framework.

Expressions contain expressions or functions will not be properly validated.

(Error screenshot attached)

I can see the same problem reported in Doc 1676330.1 for 14.0. Whereas, configuration tools v14.0 is working fine. Java version 1.7 is installed and cross checked the VC++ dll also.

Did anybody faced the similar issue and fixed? Any quick help will be highly appreciated.
