Correct way to copy outline in 11.1.2.3

Hello,

We are using a Planning application and Essbase 11.1.2.3.  I have found that if we rename a dimension member, then we use the LCM to copy the application to another environment, such as prod to dev, in the target environment, it does not rename the member, but adds a new member with the updated name.

If the LCM does not copy the outline correctly, how else can we copy the outlines between environments?
