Create accounting does not pick the cancelled invoice.

Hello,

Does an invoice which is cancelled needs to be accounted ?

In a case I have,when I try to run create accounting, the program does not pick this particular cancelled invoice.

And if I try to manually do create accounting through the forms, it gives this below error message.and does not allow to do accounting for this INV.

Online accounting could be created for this transaction. Please infom your system administrator that the create acconting program has encountered an internal error

Please do help me here.
