Is there an API to synchronize Item costs across different Oracle ERP instances? (Standard Costing)

There are two different Oracle E-Business instances that deal with the same set of items requiring the item costs to be synched up periodically. Is there an API to synch up Item costs across ERP instances? Please advise.
