Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What are Expenditure Type DFF values 'Capitlized Interest Qualified' and 'Material Indicator'

that appear in the set up for Expenditure Types. These values are system installed and not created by any users.

Cant find any documentation on it and would appreciate if anyone can shed any light on this.
