What is the best practice for clearing 'Unexplained Difference' likely caused by rounding?

Recently, our business client encountered a case where there is a 0.01 USD in unexplained difference in ARM.

Our users are puzzled why there is an unexplained difference and would like to know how to handle.

Please see 2 attached files for details.

We logged an SR with Oracle for this (SR 3-10058343961), and the Oracle analyst suggested asking this questions in this forum.
