Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. How to make the Projects Budgets form Inquiry only (to be attached to some responsibilities)

Have a requirement to make the Budgets form Inquiry only (to be attached to some responsibilities)

There is no such option available and function exclusions dont do this as well.

This is needed when someone is listed as Key Member in the project for project/budget approval workflow.

But, we only want them to be able to view the budgets and not edit it.

I know form personalization can do it and seen some developers doing it.

Can someone please shed some light on this and I would greatly appreciate it.
