One ICP/roll forward account in a rebuilt HFM app is missing [ICP none] entries when eliminating

I have recently rebuilt a HFM 11.1.2.1 app that had been in use since 2003.
Once the data was loaded everything consolidated fine and all accounts balanced to the original app, with the exception of one account: Beginning Intercompany Backlog ("BegBklgIntDiv").
This is the one account in the application that is both an intercompany account, and a roll-forward account.
