How to hide/remove Answer Question hyperlink from Request for information email notification

How to hide/remove Answer Question hyperlink from Request for information email notification

Create PR and submit for approval

Approver  sends it back to requester for request for information

Requester gets Email in MS outlook.

There is  a link as Answer Question in Email.

I want to disable that link and replace standard message with custom one.
