Process Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC)

We are able to soft reservations for item but not hard reservations

We have created 1 batch and then we release it to shop floor ,We perform auto detail batch

after that we observed that reservations is done at soft level,when we tried to perform auto detail

line then also soft level reservations done

eg. item RML20001 qty 1200 reqd ,available 1187 when i clicked on auto detail line , soft reservations is done

though lot are available 1187 kg.

we are facing this issue for these specific items ,all reservations are cleared for RML20001
