Oracle 11.1.0.7 upgrade to 11.2.0.4 performance impact

Oracle 11.1.0.7 upgrade to 11.2.0.4 performance impact.

Would like to have Oracle advise on:

1. We are in process upgrade Oracle Database version from 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4.

2. What are all recommended Parameters for 11.2.0.4 (11gR2)

3. What would be the impact on queries execution timing (query performance)

4. Database running on OS:

    [tnsq08521:etpcamq1]/oracle$ uname -a

    SunOS tnsq08521 5.10 Generic_150400-15 sun4v sparc sun4v
