Hijra date deviation

Dear All,

we have a issue on Production with  R12.1.3 EBS and 11.2.0.4 DB with rac and PCP configure Application of hijra date deviation, hijra date is one day behind the Georgian date, I have already fixed this issue by configuring lexical file, now am getting the same issue again.
