What are the key differences between Agile 6.1.0.1 and 6.1.1.5. in terms of the 'Packaging module'?

Hi There. I would like to understand what the difference between Agile 6.1.0.1 to 6.1.1.5. in terms of the 'Packaging module'. I have understood it is only optional at this stage and it is possible to continue with PPS and PMS. What does the new module look like in terms of functionality? How different is it? What do we need to do with the current PPS and PMS specs to migrate them? Any documents/comments or pointers on this would be gratefully recieved! Thank you!
