1099 MISC 2-per page alignment. We want to lower the bottom 1099 by 1/2"

Hi

We have a 1099 MISC 2 per page print alignment problem in that the bottom 1099 form is about 1/2" higher than we need it to be. We need the space between the 2 forms increased by 1/2". We are not using BIP - so is there a way to align the bottom 1099 on the page within E1? If not, we have alternatives, but wanted to see if there is a way to get this done within E1.
