Confusion on what to install for 8.1.1.14

Hello,

We are currently on SIA 8.1.1.11 PS 09 (IP 2013) and would like to get to 8.1.1.14 PS01.

Do I just need to download the software related to 8.1.1.14 PATCHSET1 (Patchset)? IE, p20063469_811140_MSWIN-x86-64_1of2.zip and p20063469_811140_MSWIN-x86-64_2of2.zip? Or do I need to install the 8.1.1.14 Base first?

I tried the 8.1.1.14 Base, and when it came time to create the Network Image, it kept asking for "SBA_8.1.1.0_Base_Windows_Siebel_Enterprise_Server.jar". Why would I need to install this if I'm already on 8.1.1.11 PS09. Is it ok to skip this?
