Customize - "Payment Instruction Register" from Accounts Payables

I want to customize the "Payment Instruction Register" program. I want to add some attribute columns from "ap_invoices_all" table. How can we achieve this? This is a JAVA concurrent program . I think it calls some package. please let us know the package also
