How to copy outlines between environments?

Hello,

We are using a Planning application, 11.1.2.3.501, and Essbase 11.1.2.3.  I have found that if we rename a dimension member in production, for example, Analyst 3 to Analyst III, then we use the LCM to copy the application to another environment, such as development, in the target environment, it does not rename the member, but adds a new member with the updated name, so that we have Analyst 3 and Analyst III.

If the LCM does not copy the outline correctly, how else can we copy the outlines between environments?  I tried the Administration / Application / Create Database, and that did not do it.  I expect to load the data as well.
