XML burst FTP

This issue is related to XML bursting(PDF) into a internal FTP site.  We are trying to generate custom invoice(PDF), based on standard AR tables and transfer them to FTP folder thru XML bursting.

We tested this in our test environment and everything is working fine.  After moving to production, its generating all the PDF's in FTP folder but all the pdf files are created with 0 size.  We tested using the FTP folder thru EBS test instance and its working perfect.

This is happening only if we generate through Production instance.  In production database temp folder, all the files are generated properly but when checked in FTP folder, the files are created with 0 size(each file should be created around 7k size).
